Hi, I’m Colette,

​

I’m a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist passionate about helping women feel energised, balanced, and deeply in tune with their bodies. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through hormonal and menstrual challenges, including PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, digestive concerns, and fertility issues, using a holistic, heart-led approach that feels like truly personalised support.

​

My work extends beyond nutrition. I’m also a Yoga Teacher, Master Reiki & Seichem Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator, and Advanced Sound Therapy Practitioner, which allows me to understand and support women on every level - body, mind, and spirit.

​

My career began in the classroom as a Home Economics teacher, where I fell in love with teaching practical, real-life skills. That foundation still shapes every programme I create: education that empowers, tools that feel doable, and knowledge that lasts a lifetime.

​

I’m also the creator of Blossom, a project supporting girls aged 8–18 as they navigate puberty and early menstruation. Through school and community workshops, talks, and deeply special mother-and-daughter retreat days, Blossom offers young women a holistic understanding of their changing bodies, empowering them with confidence and body literacy for years to come.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: we are so much more than our physical bodies.

​

My mission is to help you feel supported, confident, and in harmony with yourself. I created Harmony to guide women back home to themselves. I don’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, I empower my clients through education, awareness, and choice, encouraging them to advocate for themselves, to tune in rather than outsource their wisdom, and to choose themselves in every breath and every decision.
