Refunds & Shipping

At Colette Duffy Nutrition we are committed to providing high-quality, professional wellness services and resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

Non-Refundable Services & Products

We do not offer refunds on the following:

  • Nutritional Therapy Consultations (including initial assessments and follow-up sessions)

  • Subscriptions (including ongoing wellness memberships or program access)

  • Digital or Physical Educational Resources (e.g. eBooks, handouts, guides, recorded sessions, menstrual education materials, etc.)

Once delivered or accessed, these materials are considered final sale due to their digital nature and immediate value.

This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our services, uphold professional boundaries, and protect our intellectual property.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of technical issues or administrative errors (e.g. duplicate payments, failure to receive access to paid content due to a system fault). If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Colette Duffy Nutrition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours (two business working days) of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • A flat rate shipping/postage fee of €4.99 is applied and included at checkout for every order.

  • This fee covers standard postage within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • We do not offer shipping to addresses outside of these regions at this time.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as postal service delays or public holidays.
