Service Description

Sometimes we simply need a little space to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves. I’ve been practicing Reiki for over 13 years, and it has become a very natural part of how I support the people I work with. Alongside Reiki, I’m an Advanced Sound Therapist, and I love bringing the two together to create a deeply calming and nurturing experience. My approach is intuitive and personal. Every session is different because every person is different. I work with what you need on the day, whether that’s some quiet time to switch off, support through a period of emotional overwhelm, or simply an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life. Reiki and sound therapy also complement my work as a Nutritional Therapist beautifully. I believe that supporting our wellbeing is about more than what we eat. It’s also about how we rest, how we feel, how we manage stress and creating time to listen to what our body is asking for. There is nothing you need to do during a session. You can simply arrive as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself. Kilpatrick House Tuesday & Friday, plus every second Saturday of the month. Appointments are by booking only.
