Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.   Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.  Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Breathwork 1_edited.jpg

Breathwork

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that allows you to deepen your connection to every aspect of your being – Mind/Body/Spirit. When we work with the breath, we have the power to tap into our own innate healing wisdom.

The 3-part Conscious Connected Breathing technique is a self-healing technique that allows us to access the full potential of our breathing system for better:

  • Mental and emotional well-being,

  • Physical wellbeing and

  • Higher awareness.

The connected pattern of conscious breathing is a natural, safe, and easy–to-learn technique. As human beings, we hold onto tension within our bodies, and in doing so, we create physical, mental, and emotional blockages. This technique helps to release the blockages and transform your life and energy.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is an ancient method of healing.
Its non-invasive and can use different instruments like drums (I’m a huge fan & have experienced deep healing from drumming alone!), gongs, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks or the human voice. These sounds can create a very deep relaxed state. During sound therapy your brainwaves enter alpha or theta which are associated with light meditation and deep relaxation. Sound work has been used for thousands of years!
